We have a number of different options available to those looking to do a first aid course.

EFAW: A one day course aimed at industry and office environments. Also ideal for care homes and leisure.

REC Level 2: A two day course designed specifically for outdoor activity people. This course covers most NGB's and is outdoor based for the most part.

REC Advanced: A two day course which covers all aspects of wilderness first aid. Not for the faint hearted.
