Covid 19 Update 23rd December

We are now closed due to Tier 4 restricitions in Wales.

We will be closed during January and are aiming to re open early February. We are anticipating a busy Easter and Summer season next year so start thinking about your rafting/activities for 2021.

We are selling gift vouchers valid for 18 months and taking bookings for 2021.

10 things we are doing to make you and us feel happy to do activities again.

  • 1. We are temperature checking all our staff at the start of every day.
  • 2. We have reduced our session availability to minimise people on site so book early to avoid disappointment. Call the office or book online.
  • 3. We are only currently operating with family/ social bubbles in line with Welsh Guidance.
  • 4. We will ask all our customers to fill in a pre arrival waiver in advance of their session to minimise contact points in the centre and there are hand sanitiser stations throughout.
  • 5. We have implemented a one way system in the centre so keep your eyes peeled for funky signage.
  • 6. All our equipment will be cleaned regularly in line with current guidance.
  • 7. We will be asking customers to transport themselves where possible but when in our minibuses we will be asking for customers to wear face coverings.
  • 8. All our minibus will be cleaned between trips.
  • 9. We are limiting use of our changing rooms to one social/ family bubble at a time and all touch points will be cleaned between uses.
  • 10. we will be looking at amending these as we move forward.
